This iconic sunset surf scene again captures the wildness and power of the waves and sea with the steady, calm sand of the shore. The movement of the waves and the surfer contrasts with the stillness of the surfers sitting on their boards and the shore waiting to bear the brunt of the crashing waves, all bracing themselves against the inevitable swirl of the water that brings delight and destruction at the same time.

Sizes listed above are measured from the outside edge of each frame. All photos are printed on art quality, 100% cotton rag paper with a smooth matte finish using archival inks. Images are displayed in solid wood frames, with a bright white mat and protected by acrylic glass that filters 99% of UV rays. Each frame is outfitted with a pair of reinforcing corner hangers to ensure a level hang. To clean, use a small amount of mild soap and lukewarm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Do not use products containing ammonia.

Amanda Anderson is a fine art photographer based in Charlotte, NC. Drawing much of her inspiration from nature, her work is filled with warm brown tones and rich blue hues. A mother of three, she finds comfort, calm, and excitement behind the lens, and creates pieces that evoke a sense of serenity, peace and curiosity all at once.
